Who we are

We are Lane and Mistie, a husband-and-wife team photographing West Texas since 2011. Between us we cover newborns and maternity, seniors and families, professional headshots, and commercial work for buildings, events and businesses around Midland and Odessa.

Lane pastors a local church and holds a music performance degree from East Texas Baptist University. He became a licensed drone pilot in 2025, which opened up the aerial and architectural side of the business, and he spends his free time on a mountain bike. His lens of choice is the 70-200mm f/2.8.

Mistie studied business management and entrepreneurship at Louisiana Tech and went on to an MBA. She spent years as an accountant, still works as a seasonal tax expert, and is a mother first, which is the part that matters most when there is a newborn in the room. She shoots on the RF 85mm f/1.2.

We have been voted among the best photographers in Midland, and we would rather earn that the slow way: turning up on time, being easy to be around, and giving you pictures your family will still want on the wall in twenty years.
